Studies On Organization Collaboration Mechanism Of Psychological Assistance In Natural Disasters

Natural disasters not only bring great economic losses to human society, but also caused lasting negative impact to people’s physical and mental. Apart from the government, business sector, non-governmental organization is the main natural disaster psychological assistance by far the most effective, each of them has its advantages and characteristics in natural disaster psychological assistance, but the lack of effective cooperation between various organizations, especially non-governmental organizations with the government and the enterprise sector, has caused many problems of disaster psychological assistance.This paper is a survey involved in each subject participating in the domestic and foreign natural disaster psychological assistance in the horizontal and vertical comparison, use the successful experience of domestic and international organization cooperation mechanism. And then discuss the problems and reasons of China’s natural disaster psychological assistance organization coordination mechanism, combined with China’s national conditions to find out the Countermeasures for constructing the organization cooperation mechanism, to analyze the government, business sector and non-governmental organizations participation and cooperation from collaboration relationship construction and operation mechanism, and based on this conclusion and suggestions.This paper discusses some problems encountered in our organization coordination mechanism of natural disaster psychological assistance from many aspects, and the actual situation of our country to improve natural disaster psychological assistance organization coordination mechanism and put forward some suggestions. After defining the relationship of each subject in the organizational system, material management system, human resource system, education system, organization system of long-term is established. For the protection of natural disaster psychological assistance can effectively, this paper also puts forward some suggestions on disaster psychological assistance, into the social security system for supervision, to avoid the low efficiency caused by long supervision; perfecting the laws and regulations of the natural disaster psychological assistance, legal ways to improve the non-governmental organizations involved in disaster relief.
