Young Pioneers' activity curriculum is an activity course for Young Pioneers to grasp the organizational attributes and conduct ideological guidance for young children through specific organizational forms,collective life and activities.In September 2012,the curriculum of Young Pioneers' activities was officially prescribed as compulsory course,which was the first time to bring the Young Pioneers and school courses into a positive combination from the national level.In the course of five years,the combination of "class" and "team",its implementation status,and problems in the implementation of the curriculum are worthy of extensive and in-depth understanding and research.As an important city in the west,Xi 'an is still blank in the research on the activities of Young Pioneers.The Young Pioneers activities in Xi 'an schools curriculum investigation and research,is helpful to better the summary of the current curriculum development present situation,in-depth implementation of the course for the next step to provide theoretical and practical reference.The research uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method to carry out the investigation and research on the implementation status of the activity curriculum of children in Xi 'an.The study found that Xi 'an curriculum implementation present situation overall level is higher,the Young Pioneers activities organization,political consciousness,moral development trend of enlightenment,growth objective and content to carry out the situation is good,course is popular with the players;But also exists squeezes class time,course form,subjectivity,young eagle award evaluation mechanism implementation does not reach the designated position,course steering mechanism and incentive mechanism is weak,lack of research training,primary and secondary school counselors have significant problems.Combined with the problems,from the aspects such as curriculum implementation,curriculum supervision,the counselor training puts forward some countermeasures to the optimization of the Young Pioneers activities course,in order to xi 'an elementary and middle schools is more effective in the future to carry out the Young Pioneers activities curriculum to provide the reference.The study consists of five parts,which are summarized as follows:The first part is the introduction.By reading the relevant documents and requirements of the country and the local area in recent years,elaborating the reasons,research purpose and significance of the question.On the basis of the classification and comprehensive review of domestic and foreign research,the core concepts of young pioneers,young pioneers' activities,young pioneers' activity curriculum and other related concepts are expounded.This part introduces the research idea and research method,and expounds the theory of communicative action theory and empirical course theory.The second part is the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum of children in Xi 'an.Including:background and investigation,basic situation of the implementation of young pioneers' activities and interviews with counselors.Curriculum implementation process and effect,including offered implementation mainly from the overall effect,implementation mode,curriculum goal and the content implementation,such as eyas medal for evaluation mechanism implementation aspects narrative,counselors interview situation mainly from the course to supervise,curriculum resources development situation,the counselor training and team construction of narrative and so on.The third part is the problem summary and attribution analysis in the implementation of the activity curriculum of Young Pioneers.Based on the questionnaire and the feedback from the interview,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems from the aspects of class period,course form,curriculum subject,evaluation,curriculum supervision,teaching and research,and learning gap.The fourth part is attribution analysis.According to the problems existing in the implementation of the Young Pioneers' activities curriculum,targeted analysis was conducted item by item.The fifth part is the optimization strategy for the Young Pioneers' activities.Based on the combing of Young Pioneers activities curriculum related documents and the collection and review of relevant research at home and abroad,under the support of research theories,we tried to put forward the strengthening of the coordination of education,the implementation of the Young Pioneer's principle of independent education,the standardization of the eagle's medal and the design of the badger system,and the perfect guidance.The professional growth of the incentive mechanism,strengthen the training of instructors and strengthen the construction of the Young Pioneers and other aspects of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum optimization strategies.
