In daily experience,time and existence are two different things.However,from the perspective of relativity and Heidegger’s theory of time,everything is a temporal existence,and there is no eternal and absolute existence of time.From the perspective of Marx’s view of time,time is closely related to human labor practice.Marx’s most classic generalization of the essence of time is: "time is actually the positive existence of human beings,which is not only the scale of human life,but also the space for human development." In short,the presence of the young pioneers’ activities in the week is almost ephemeral,and most of the rest of the time is dormant.That is,the existence of the activities of the young pioneers seems to be if there is no,almost no,and rarely makes people feel her existence.So it’s not enough to have only one class a week.Only by finding more time for the activities of the young pioneers can we enrich and enrich the existence of the activities of the young pioneers,and then we can generate and realize the tasks,missions and goals of the young pioneers.Observation and investigation show that the afternoon after class service from Monday to Friday,students are basically doing homework,and a small amount of time is participating in community activities.On the weekend,most students are doing homework,training and playing.Major festivals(such as May 1,May 4th,June 1,July 1,August 1,national day,etc.)are also in the course of playing,homework and training.Winter vacation is the same as the summer vacation.Why not put forward some to carry out the activities of the young pioneers in such a long time?There are some voices against the use of extra-curricular time for children to carry out the activities of the young pioneers.Every day,the academic work is heavy,and there is no time to participate in the activities.The counselors are busy and have no energy to organize activities.Parents lack the awareness of education of activities outside school and are unable to support the activities.If we don’t pay attention to the activities of the young pioneers,any reason can be taken to prevent the activities of the Extra-School pioneers.But from the young pioneers’ activities themselves,practical activities are the most basic way,emphasizing the education of children in the practical experience.In recent years,the reform trend of the activities of the young pioneers has also advocated the expansion of the activities of the young pioneers outside the school.It is suggested that the activities of the young pioneers be combined with family education and community education,and that the activities of the young pioneers should be carried out in the social life of the children.If we can combine a large amount of off campus time of children,including afternoon after school,weekends,major memorial days and summer vacation,etc.,with the activities of the young pioneers,it will not only reduce the waste of time outside school,enrich the time outside school,and actively play the role of education outside school,but also enrich and develop the existence and activities of the young pioneers,The purpose,goal and mission of the activities of the young pioneers can be fully realized.Therefore,we suggest that: 40-60 minutes should be taken out after school from Monday to Friday every week to carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers(plus the original class hours,the activities of the young pioneers should be at least twice a week);In each month,two times on weekends and about half a day of each time are carried out;Major festivals should be carried out at least once for the young pioneers;The young pioneers should be organized about 5-8 times during winter vacation and about half a day each time(at least one winter camp with 3-5 days can be organized in a centralized way);The summer vacation should be carried out about 10-15 times,each time about half a day of activities(can be organized 1-2 times,each time about3-5 days of summer camp and other activities).
