The Action Research On Fostering Children's Hongesty-trust Behavior Based On Young Pioneers' Activity Course

As a new type of curriculum,the Young Pioneers activity course is an important carrier to realize the standardization and standardization of Young Pioneers' education.The activity course of Young Pioneers mainly carries out the education of Young Pioneers with rich and diverse activities,which focuses on the enlightenment of political consciousness,the cultivation of organizational consciousness,and the guidance of moral cultivation and growth orientation of Young Pioneers.Among them,the cultivation of honesty-trust behavior plays an important role in the process of individual socialization,personality formation and physical and mental growth of children.In this study,All the Young Pioneers in the fourth grade of J City D Primary School was selected as the research object,and the behavior of the child was cultivated through the method of action research.The study was conducted in two rounds for a period of three months.The first round of action was designed and implemented independently by the investigator,and the second round of study was conducted by the investigator in cooperation with the instructor.In which,three honesty-trust theme activities are selected for each round of action,and a total of six short-team activity courses are taken as a specific action process to cultivate the integrity behavior of the Young Pioneers.Through the action research,it is found that the implementation of the activity courses of the Young Pioneers has effectively improved the honesty-trust consciousness of the Young Pioneers,and the members' cognition of honesty has become clear and comprehensive,and the honesty-trust behavior of the team members has become obvious.This study holds that grasping the characteristics of Young Pioneers' activity courses is the key to cultivate children's honest-trust behavior,and that a good teaching form is a "reconciling agent" that combines the characteristics of "courses" and "activity" in Young Pioneers' activity courses.Setting up more operational evaluation and guarantee for the activity course of the Young Pioneers is the cornerstone of the further implementation of the Young Pioneers' activity Courses.And the researchers and collaborative teachers have promoted the professional growth through the action research.
