Research On Professional Role Identity Of Young Pioneers In Yunnan Province

This study is based on the "reform plan of young pioneers" jointly issued by the central committee of the communist youth league of China,the ministry of education and the national committee of young workers in 2017.At present,the reform process of China's young pioneers has entered a new historical stage.Through the investigation and analysis of the status of the professional role of the counselors of young pioneers,To reveal the overall situation of the professional role identity of the current young pioneers,From three aspects: close to the line of the young pioneers counselors occupational role recognition,the characteristics of the young pioneers counselors occupational role identity the specific elements of the comparison and analysis of the present status for detailed research.This paper starts with the concept of the professional role and role identification of the young pioneers,and then analyzes the characteristics of the professional role identity of the young pioneers.In this paper,we studied the counselors of young pioneers in Yunnan province as the research object,selected literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and conducted research on the identification of the professional role of young pioneers.Through the research and analysis of the survey results,it reveals the status of the professional role identity of the counselors of the young pioneers in Yunnan province,and the general situation of their professional role identification and the reasons for their emergence.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the reasons,significance,literature review and the definition of the core concepts.The second chapter is to explain the study design,including the idea,object,process,methods of research,research of theoretical basis and the young pioneers counselors occupational role identity structure analysis(including the young pioneers counselors occupational role identity connotation,component,influence factor,etc.);The third chapter is the analysis on the present situation of the young pioneers counselors occupational role identification,based on the analysis of the questionnaire data from professional role cognition,career role emotional,professional role behavior three dimensions transverse analysis;The fourth chapter is the analysis of influencing factors,and analyzes the influencing factors of the identity formation of the professional role identity of the young pioneers,from the internal factors and the objective external factors.I hope to have a deeper understanding of the work and attitude of the youngpioneers in Yunnan province.The fifth chapter is the research on the promotion strategy of the professional role identity of the young pioneers,This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the professional role identity of the young pioneers,and propose feasible strategies and Suggestions.The study found that the professional role identity of the young pioneers' counselors was better than the middle level,and the recognition of role cognition and role behavior in the knowledge,sentiment and line level was higher than that of the role emotion.Counselors in cognition,emotion,the level of professional role overall approval for school district,teaching age,position and different background elements such as whether to attend training professional role identity are different.
