Research On Practical Knowledge Of Young Pioneers' Counselors

The practical knowledge of young pioneers' counselors is a very abundant and complex category,that is,in the specific teaching situation,the counselors integrate practical experience into their own values and educational beliefs through experience,reflection,refining and other ways,constantly guide and apply the knowledge of various practical activities of young pioneers.It is produced,tested and perfected in practice,with the characteristics of individuality,action,situation reflection and morality.It is a kind of comprehensive knowledge that shows the wit of individual education.As a part of the teacher group,the young pioneers' counselors are the main force of the work of the young pioneers.They undertake the key tasks of guiding the ideological consciousness of the young children and implementing the national political education.Their professional development level deeply affects the educational effect of the young children in the new era.As we all know,activities are the vitality of young pioneers.The complex practice situation requires counselors to respond flexibly at any time.What is needed for the work of young pioneers is not only the mechanical education behavior under the baton of young pioneers theory and education theory,but the active education practice under the guidance of counselors' practical knowledge.Relevant research shows that the difference between expert teachers and novice teachers lies in the practical knowledge formed through their own experience.Obviously,the practical knowledge is an important embodiment of the "professionalism" and "uniqueness" of a counselor's career.Its understanding,mastery and application play an irreplaceable role in the effectiveness of young pioneers' activities and the professional independent development of counselors.However,in the real field of education,the practical knowledge of counselors exposed many problems,such as: insufficient willingness to develop independently,weak subjectivity;limited internal and external generating conditions,poor mastery effect;lack of relevant guidance,knowledge application difficulties;lack of development situation,poor sharing,etc.The separation of theory and practice makes it difficult to play a leading role ineducation,which seriously affects the educational effect of young pioneers,and also hinders the professional independent development of counselors.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the research of practical knowledge of counselors.This study explores the practical knowledge of young pioneers' counselors from the following four aspects.First of all,the basic connotation,characteristics and constituent elements of practical knowledge are elaborated in detail.The value of practical knowledge is interpreted from the two dimensions of necessity and importance.Based on theoretical analysis,a rational soil is found for the research of practical knowledge of counselors.Secondly,112 front-line counselors randomly selected from five primary schools in Jinan City of Shandong Province are selected as the survey objects,and questionnaire and interview are used as the survey methods,From the aspects of knowledge orientation,satisfaction,knowledge content,source channel,application difficulty and development channel,the investigation is carried out to explore the real situation and typical problems of practical knowledge of counselors.Thirdly,from the four aspects of knowledge cognition and attitude,knowledge generation,knowledge application and knowledge development,the reasons for the problems of practical knowledge of counselors are explored;Finally,according to the survey results,from the four aspects of correcting knowledge cognition and attitude,ensuring knowledge generating conditions,strengthening knowledge application guidance and creating knowledge development situation,this paper puts forward reference countermeasures for the improvement of practical knowledge of counselors,and is committed to the improvement of activity efficiency of young pioneers and the independent development of counselors' specialty.
