Research And Analysis Of The Secretary Work Management System Of The Office Of The People's Government Of Zunyi City

The complicated procedures and inefficient office work of government departments have become a major problem hindering the development of government departments in China.In recent years,the rapid development of information technology and software technology has greatly promoted the continuous development of e-commerce and e-government.The construction and development of government information will continuously promote the efficiency of government work.At the same time,this is also the inevitable trend of the development of service-oriented and efficient government in the future.The research content of this paper combines the actual situation of secretary work of Zunyi Municipal People's government.In the beginning,this thesis makes a detailed analysis and introduction to the project background of the research and analysis of the management system of the government office secretarial work,the research status of the same kind of system and the main contents of the research.In the second chapter,the business process of the government secretarial work management system is modeled and analyzed with the UML technology using the modeling software.The original business is refined and cleared on the aspects of the message management,supervision management,research management,reception management,and conference management.On this basis,the original process has been carried out.The detailed optimization analysis reduces the unnecessary steps compared with the original process through the optimized process,and improves the work efficiency of the government departments.In the third chapter,we use the object-oriented software engineering idea,use case diagram and package diagram to analyze the function of the system studied in this paper.The main responsibilities of the main roles are analyzed,and the responsibilities of different roles are clearly defined.On the basis of this,the system use case analysis and the system function package display are carried out,clearly indicating the tasks of each government work corresponding personnel and personnel.The next fourth chapters are on the basis of the previous,functional data analysis and entity class relationship analysis,using database technology and thumbnails to analyze the system data,provide data support for this system,and give a database table.At the end of the article,we give a summary and outlook and the work to be done in the future.This thesis lays a solid foundation for the research and analysis of office secretary's work management system of Zunyi municipal people's government through the research and analysis of system business,function and data,and can improve the existing secretarial work that is tedious and inefficient.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the design of other government office secretarial work management systems.
