Research And Analysis Of The Official Document Management System Of The United Front Work Department Of The Yunnan Provincial Party Committee

The United Front Work Department of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee is the functional department of the United Front Work of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee.Thousands of documents are sent and received each year,but the management of these documents is only responsible for two to three people in the office secretarial room,the task is heavy and the pressure is great.Over the years,the operation mode of the office of The United Front of the Provincial Party Committee has not changed much.The office system started in 2006 can only realize the function of document transmission in a certain part of document management which the effect is weak,the rest of the work is still carried out by traditional paper documents.Therefore,it is imperative to realize paperless official document management by means of information technology.Starting from the original intention of establishing a document management system for the United Front Department of the provincial Party committee,the study summarizes the background,the significance of the project and the present situation of the research and application of the information management system of the United Front Department of the Yunnan Provincial Committee,and clarifies the contents and main work of the paper.The 5 main modules of receipt management,office management,reading management,dispatch management and loan management are analyzed.The main work done by the author is as follows:(1)Carry on the business analysis,analyze and optimize the existing problems of the business,the official document management form,the original business process and so on,and give the optimized business process.(2)The function analysis is carried out,analyse and describe the function of the system,and the overall function package of the system and the sub package of the management,management and document managementare given.(3)The data analysis is carried out,analyse the data that the system needs to be processed,draw the entity class diagram and establish the database table structure.(4)Summarizing the analysis of the document management system of the United Front Work Department of the provincial Party committee,and looking forward to the further work in the future.Combined with the actual work of the United Front Department of Yunnan Provincial Committee,the research system optimizes the business process of the various stages of the official document management of the United Front Department of the provincial Party committee by means of information technology.It saves the time of the circulation of a large number of manual documents in the Office secretarial office and reduces the excess circulation process,and strengthens the mark.The management of trace records has strengthened the implementation of the responsibility for examination and approval.Generally speaking,the system is of great practical significance to greatly improve the efficiency of official document processing and administrative efficiency of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
