Research On The Moral Education Value Of Young Pioneers Young Eagle Holiday Team Activities

Eyas holiday team activity belongs to one of the young pioneers' practice activities whose main purpose is to improve the overall quality of children.The activity which the school,family and society involve in collaboratively implements mainly on holidays.Children can participate in and design the activity by their own interest.This text has made a field study on the Eyas holiday team activities carried out by N primary school.The author has given corresponding advice after analyzing its influence on children's moral development by presenting the current situation about Eyas holiday team activity.The introduction part mainly sketches out the background of this study,the significance of research and the related research.Then it presents the research design.Firstly,centering on background introduction and facts presentation,the first chapter describes the overall activity of N primary school and introduces the research experience of researchers taking part in the Eyas holiday team.Based on that,the second chapter gives an overview of the purpose,content and organization form of Eyas holiday team activities,and analyzes the influence of Eyas holiday team activities on children's moral development.Then the third chapter summarizes the problems existing in the Eyas holiday team activities and the moral consequences to the children from the aspects of the activity,society,school,parents and students respectively.The study found that during the actual activities of Eyas holiday team in N primary school,social misunderstanding,school nonintervention and parents' lack of caring made the Eyas holiday team lose its charm and made it difficult for children to gain their deserved growth experience when facing diverse obstacles.Finally,the forth chapter puts forward feasible countermeasures to the above problems on the basic of the actual situation,in the hope of providing some references for educators.It requires parents and educators to learn about the real needs of children in order to improve the situation of the Eyas holiday team activity and play positive role in the process of children's growth.At the same time,it also requires that the society creates a good environment for children and improves the mechanism of activity so that children can truly participate in the activity.
