Research On The Community-based Police Management Of The Floating Population In Pukou District, Nanjing

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic and social development has been rapid,and the floating population has made tremendous contributions to urban development.At the same time,due to factors such as its own characteristics and management models,the floating population has been consistently high and it has become a chronic problem for the continued development of the city.Therefore,scientific and rational establishment of a sound management system for floating population has become an important issue for major cities.This article starts from the reform and perfection of community policing,and studies new methods and new ways to innovate floating population.By studying the latest achievements of urban and rural floating populations,relying on actual cases,combining the actual characteristics of public security work and relevant theories,the latest floating population data collected by the public security system is supported,and the concept,connotation and characteristics of the floating population are analyzed.Living in the first-tier and second-tier cities in China,the similar demographic characteristics and common problems in management,in order to dig deeper and more accurately manage problems and difficulties,select the more typical Pukou District of Nanjing City as an example,and analyze the large number of floating population in Pukou District.,Wide range of sources,low overall quality,strong mobility,social problems caused by floating populations,problems in floating population management and their causes.Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of floating population management in Pukou area,the author puts forward suggestions for the management of urban floating population in Pukou district from the perspective of community security reform,and mainly discusses in four aspects:optimizing the management system of floating population in Nanjing.,Innovate the management model of the floating population in the community,standardize the policing mechanism of the community floating population,and implement the grid management of the community policing.It is hoped that through typical case analysis,it will provide reference for the public security management of floating population in large cities in China.
