Research On The Construction Of Community Policing In Anshan Development Zone Under The Perspective Of Police Relations

In October 2007,general secretary hu jintao in the report of the 17th national congress explicitly pointed out:"reform and strengthen the urban and rural community policing,preventing and cracking down on illegal and criminal activities in accordance with the law,to ensure the safety of people's life and property." Meng jianzhu minister repeatedly stressed:"the one thousand line,here a needle,to do a good job of community policing,accord with the requirement of ' sinking police,police moved forward,is to carry out the report of the 17th national congress proposed to strengthen the construction of the urban and rural community policing."First,the important role of community policing is studied.Community policing is the latest in recent years put forward a new policing model,the related theoretical basis need through the practice and development of relationship between the building and community policing theory of learning is not a simple derivative of the process,but need to be around according to own actual situation to carry on the theoretical study first to test further deepening theory through practice.Secondly,the status of community policing in anshan economic development zone is studied.Community policing activities participation of the masses with the police,police,the police as the leading factor,the masses actively cooperate with,can to promote peace through the construction of a harmonious community construction,the relationship between the influence factors include social factors,government,police,the masses,based on the four aspects as the breakthrough point,by joint efforts of people and police work,effectively maintain social stability and criminal activity will "nip in the bud.Third,the importance of the building of police relations in community policing.Good relations,not only can offer basis for the development of community policing,also can maintain the government image to a certain extent,improve the government's credibility,maintaining the harmony and stability.The current community policing work,due to multiple reasons,such as did not improve the ideological understanding,community police work is too heavy,insufficient community people cooperate and so on,this article try to study of relationship between the community policing construction aspect.
