Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Civil Servant Welfare System In Haiphong City, Vietnam

Civil servants in Vietnam are a relatively stable contingent of high-security personnel and are the mainstay of the operation of the state machinery.The civil service welfare system is an important part of the civil service system and an important part of the income distribution system.The effectiveness of the implementation of the system,involving the immediate interests of civil servants its level of benefits directly related to whether the country can absorb a large number of talented people,and to ensure the stability of the civil service.This article first gives an overview of the basic theory of the civil service welfare system,secondly analyzes the current situation of the civil service welfare system in Haiphong,Vietnam,introduces the welfare system of the civil servants in Haiphong city in detail and discusses the existing problems in the civil service welfare system in Haiphong City,Imperfect,inaccurate positioning and so on.Finally,based on the analysis of the existing problems,this paper proposes ways to improve the welfare system of civil servants in Haiphong.
