Study On The Optimization Of Welfare System Of Grassroots Civil Servants In Henan Tax

In China,civil servants are a relatively stable team with high guarantee and the main body of the operation of the state machine.The level of their welfare treatment is directly related to whether the state can absorb a large number of excellent talents,especially grassroots civil servants who have direct contact with the public.Their working attitude and working level determine the intuitive impression of the public on the government.As one of the important systems of the civil servant system,the civil servant welfare system is an important part of China's social security system,an important part of the civil servant income system,and an important part of China's income distribution system.Along with our country developing and perfecting the civil service system,and how to safeguard the lawful income of civil servants not to expand civil servants and the gap between social average income level,both guarantee the income level of civil servants as a social individual,and can promote the maximization of the efficiency of civil servants,both maintain the stability and enthusiasm of civil servants,and prevent the occurrence of corruption,the welfare of the civil service system has become one of the important system to achieve these purposes.On the basis of related research,questionnaire survey and other methods,based on the research of the civil servant's welfare system in China at present,combining the reality of Henan tax system work at the grass-roots level,found that Henan tax system at present stage grass-roots problems that exist in the civil servant's welfare system,analyze the causes of these problems.Combined with the experience of civil servant welfare system in developed countries,this paper puts forward Suggestions to optimize the welfare system of grassroots civil servants in Henan tax system.This paper has 5 figures,10 tables and 71 references.
