Research On The Construction Of United Front Think Tank In H District Of Chengdu

Under the background of the development of the new normal,the economic and social fields of China present a diversified and fragmented development trend.The function of deliberative democracy gives it the natural advantage of becoming a think-tank,and many United front workers have been sensitively aware of the high coincidence between the United front working methods and the think-tanks.The non-public economy of Chengdu's H region is well developed.There are many United front talents in various industries,with wide coverage and high levels.Although the work of the United front think-tank started late,it is rich in resources,and the starting point is very high.How to make full use of the intelligence advantage of the United front think tank and give full play to its function of serving the decision making of the party committee and the development of social economy are the problems that need to be solved by the think-tank at present.In this paper,the United Front of H district in Chengdu is the research object.To work out the problems,first by looking for documents and theoretical ideas,collecting relevant information of H District United Front think tank,I summed up the function and results elements of think tank operation should have.According to the domestic and foreign theories about the topic,I designed the questionnaire after.The questionnaire to survey and qualitative and quantitative analysis of survey data,summarizes the achievements and problems in the current operation of the think tank.Secondly,using the theory of the United Front,governance and good governance theory,I qualitative analysis the reasons.Combined with the construction experience of domestic and foreign well-known think-tank,puts forward suggestions on the development of the United Front tank,including a clear positioning,sound mechanism,to create a high level of team building,resources sharing mechanism,improve the transformation ability of the research works.The practical problems of the think tank provide a solution and reference and experiences for the construction of a new type think tank with Chinese characteristics in other cities and districts in China.
