In the context of the new era,the people's demand for a better life has placed higherdemandsand expectation on the administration of justice.Judicial administrative organs at all levels must have a high-quality,specialized,and rejuvenated cadre team to provide the people with practical,inclusive,and accurate information in the areas of legal advocacy,legal aid,legal services,people's mediation,community corrections,resettlement assistance and teaching.The S County Bureau of Justice currently has 78 civil servants,assumes 9 job functions,faces 63 township and township judicial offices,and faces the current situation of insufficient staff,heavy workload,and broad regional jurisdiction.In addition,young cadres have become the largest number of people in the S County Bureau of Justice.However,young cadres have insufficient work experience,lack of work skills,and inability to work,which makes the construction of a high-quality,professional young cadre team become the S County Bureau of Justice.Problems to be solved.This article takes S County Bureau of Justice as the research object.First of all,Through the search for documents,relevant information on the construction of the S County Bureau of Justice team was collected,and the influence factors of the young cadre team construction were summed up.Based on this,a questionnaire was designed.Secondly,through the review of the status quo of the construction of the cadre ranks of the S County Bureau of Justice and the results of the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the construction of the young cadre ranks of the S County Bureau of Justice were summarized and analyzed.Finally,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,human capital theory,and incentive and constraint theories are used to make suggestions for the construction of young cadres in S County Bureau of Justice.Including providing good objective conditions,retaining grass-roots young cadres;improving education and training system,digging deep into the potential of young cadres;perfecting rotation and exchange mechanisms,realizing positive interaction of talents;establishing assessment and evaluation systems,inspiring young cadres to work out strategies to achieve youth cadres Stability and development.The research results provide solutions for improving the quality and ability of youth cadres in S County Bureau of Justice.At the same time,they also provide reference and experience for strengthening the construction of young cadres in other local,municipal,and state justice bureaus.
