Research On Social Assistance For The Elderly With Disabilities

The disabled is the need to focus on vulnerable groups,as the population ages,the influence of the number of elderly people with disabilities will be more and more in the future.The disabled groups such as physical factors,psychological factors and social environment,the influence of their living in and often encountered various problems in the work.Not only older elderly disabled people,but also dual vulnerable disabled defects,an urgent need to provide the perfect social assistance to improve the living environment of older persons with disabilities,improving the quality of life for older people with disabilities.Put forward targeted aid for a disabled elderly groups,not only can guide the orderly development of the disabled in China,at the same time can provide powerful help to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Focus on basic needs of elderly disabled,care for the elderly spirit and material help,improve the conditions of material life,to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture,to build a harmonious society.In this paper,we study the elderly disabled,the use of quantitative and qualitative research methods,research theory information including the related information for the disabled and the second national handicapped person sampling survey data and through the survey of elderly people with disabilities,sichuan province,understand the current social living conditions of the elderly persons with disabilities,relief demand,the existing social assistance policies as well as the causes of the unequal social assistance of supply and demand,the discussion should be how to perfect the social assistance model of elderly people with disabilities.This article would like to know the real life of the elderly persons with disabilities,according to the current rescue problems of older persons with disabilities,puts forward relevant solving measures.In fully absorbing foreign outstanding theoretical achievements and rich experience,combined with China's social assistance for the disabled elderly problems,changing the concept of the existing relief and rescue mode,through the government finance investment,increase the social relief organization system construction,professional personnel training,relevant rescue equipment and perfecting related management system,improve the quality of life in elderly people with disabilities and living standards,promote the stable development of social assistance for the disabled elderly.
