Study On The Social Assistance Of The Disabled In Ba Likun County,Xinjiang

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the development of the cause of the disabled and the strengthening of rehabilitation services for the disabled.The Party Central Committee adheres to the people-centered development concept,and pays special attention to and special attention to the disabled..The cause of the disabled is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Studying the issue of social assistance for the disabled can play a positive role in improving the social assistance system for the disabled.Since the establishment of my country’s social assistance system,the needy groups have received more and more attention.For the disabled groups,the state and the government have increased the basic living guarantees for the disabled and increased the policies for the disabled.Tilt strength.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire method,and case analysis method to study the problems existing in social assistance for the disabled in Xinjiang Barkol County from the aspects of life assistance,housing assistance,and medical assistance.This article explains the research significance of the selected topic and the literature review on social assistance for the disabled at home and abroad.It introduces the related concepts and theories of social assistance for the disabled.The writer selects arkol County,Xinjiang,conducts investigations and studies and on-site interviews,and sorts out the current social assistance status of social assistance for the disabled in Barkol County,including medical rehabilitation assistance for disabled children,education assistance for disabled children,employment assistance for the disabled and the disabled.Status of basic living assistance and housing assistance.The passage analyzes the results of the questionnaire on the basis of investigation and research,and find out the existing problems of social assistance for the disabled in Barkol County.In the last,it analyzes the causes of the problems and gives reasonable suggestions and countermeasures based on the problems in the survey results.To study the social assistance of the disabled in Barkol County,and provide a reference for improving the social assistance work for the disabled in Barkol County.At present,there are still some problems in the implementation of social assistance in Barkol County.This research aims to find out the problems and find reasonable countermeasures to solve the problems,and put forward opinions and suggestions.Secondly,this thesis provides a new perspective for the development of social assistance work for the disabled in Barkol County.It is hoped that this paper will put forward new ideas and suggestions to solve the problem of social assistance,and adopt some strategies as a useful supplement to the problems of social assistance for the disabled in Barkol County.At the same time,limited to the researcher’s own knowledge and the flexibility of social assistance policies,there may be deficiencies in the research process,which may lead to some deviations from reality in some of the results of this paper.
