On The Protection Of Consumer Rights And Interests In The Field Of Food Safety

Food safety is the most basic guarantee of people's lives.If food safety is in great danger,it will endanger people's health and even make them lose their lives.Through the analysis of human development,it can be found that after the problem of food and clothing is solved,the goal of achieving a comfortable life has become a universal goal of the people.In recent years,there has been a proliferation of serious food safety incidents,such as the meta-excess metal in dairy products and the widespread Melamine in the dairy industry.There are also meat product industry widely exist "lean meat essence","injection of meat" incident;" Shrimp washing powder","malachite green" and other chemical raw materials are commonly injected into aquatic products,to make aquatic products look brighter and fresh;There are a lot of pesticide residues in agricultural products and so on.Some of the problems related to food safety are flooding people's lives.Under this background,this paper discusses the protection of consumer's rights and interests with the topic of food safety,hoping to provide reference for consumers to protect their rights and interests when facing food safety problems.The structure of this paper consists of the following five parts: the first chapter summarizes the background of the topic and the significance of the study,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation on consumer protection of food safety.In chapter two,we choose the influential food safety events that have been exposed in recent years as research cases,and analyze them deeply,and find out the problems.The third chapter analyzes the deficiency in the protection of consumer's rights and interests in the field of food safety.Chapter IV,the United States,Japan and other developed countries in order to fully guarantee food safety,legislative and regulatory measures,and in conjunction with the actual situation in China,to explore China's food safety and the full protection of consumer rights and interests of the optimal strategy.Chapter 5,combined with the above description and the analysis conclusion,puts forward some suggestions on legislation,supervision and so on in our country's food safety work,in order to fully guarantee the food safety.
