"People take food as the heaven,and food as the priority",this proverb vividly depicts the importance that our people attach to food and food safety.However,with the continuous improvement of people 's material living standards,consumers are frequently infringed in the field of food safety.Harmful ingredients in food have caused huge threats to human life and health.How can we ensure the safety and security of food,Has become a hot topic of concern in all sectors of society.Food safety involves not only consumers 'right to know and safety,but also consumers' right to claim and monitor.To this end,it is necessary to increase the importance of food safety issues and avoid unnecessary safety accidents.In recent years,food safety issues have gradually become the primary concern of the public,but a series of food safety issues,such as Sanlu milk powder,lean meat sausage,and other incidents,are all challenging the bottom line of social ethics.While damaging consumers' lives and health,it also disrupts the normal order of the food market,which is particularly detrimental to building a harmonious society.At present,both the legislation of the Food Safety Law itself,the law enforcement process,and the protection of consumers' legitimate rights and interests have certain deficiencies and deficiencies.For this reason,it is particularly important to study food safety issues and determine solutions.urgent.This article is based on the related issues of the consumer rights protection system in China's food safety law,draws on the advanced experience of foreign countries,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the relevant legal system.The research content is roughly divided into the following five parts:The first part:Introduction.First,the research background of consumer rights protection in the Food Safety Law is introduced to facilitate the subsequent analysis of this research.In addition,it explains the theoretical and practical significance of this research,highlights the research value,and finally sorts out the current status of research at home and abroad in detail,so as to form a preliminary understanding of current research results and deepen readers' understanding of this research.The second part: related concepts and theoretical basis.Define the concepts of food safety and consumers,and clarify consumer rights and specific manifestations of infringement.At the same time,the theories of consumer sovereignty,economic law protection,and social law are explained as the theoretical basis of this research.The third part:Analysis of the status and problems of consumer rights protection in China's food safety law.Review the existing laws and regulations on the protection of consumer rights and interests in China,analyze the existing problems,and analyze the four issues: incomplete protection of protection rights,untimely disclosure of food information,narrow access to judicial relief,and lack of coordination among food safety regulatory agencies Aspects.The fourth part:Practice and inspiration of food safety protection systems for consumers in foreign countries.Analyze and summarize consumer rights protection experience in countries outside the United States,the European Union,and Japan.Take the essence and remove the dross for my use.The fifth part: Suggestions for improving the consumer rights protection system in China's food safety law.According to the problems summarized in the third part,several countermeasures are put forward in order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
