The research of substance has always been one of the most important subjects of anthropology.Glutinous rice as the flowing substance of the Miao's society in Leigong Mountain has a special symbolic significance.In terms of the research achievements of glutinous rice from anthropology perspective,it is relatively small in domestic.But foreign research results about rice aare relatively abundant.The domestic study of glutinous rice in the past was from the biological characteristics,production technology and ecological aspects.While this paper attempts to fill the gap from the anthropological study of glutinous rice.It aims to reveal the social network and social structure behind the movement of glutinous rice.This paper,taking the Miao in Leigong Mountain as the research object,uses the field survey method and the participation observation to collect a large number of research materials in the form of ethnography writing to basicly research the Miao in Leigong Mountain society.First,it reveals the migration history of miao and ancestral memories and crowd,place names and the relationship between the settlement space to the field point for a thorough understanding.And then it goes into the main part of the article,from the first-living mode,paddy rice season naming and classification of glutinous rice in management way to render the Miao in Leigong Mountain of rice culture.Then,it goes respectively from a social individual to illustrate.People from birth to death of such a life course in which the role of glutinous rice,which is glutinous rice and the relationship between people,and then from the perspective of social discourse in social exchange,fete ceremony how glutinous rice by objects to a process flow with vitality.Through the settlement,the crowd,season,personal and social network to explore and analysis.Finally,the full text does the sublimation of a theory,which is how sticky rice in Leigong Mountain Miao society constructed to become the metaphor of the self,to reveal and explore the Miao Leigong Mountain area of rice culture and social effective content between Mosaic in a state of society and to reveal the rice culture itself as an important agricultural heritage.
