Study On The Culture Of Dong Glutinous Rice In Congjiang County Of Guizhou Province In The Village As The Center

In 2011,The Rice Fish and Ducks System at Guizhou Congjiang Dong Village was selected as the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems,and the rice culture with glutinous rice as the center was presented to the world.The Dong ethnic group living here are one from the ancient Baiyue ethnic group,who have lived in the southeast coastal areas for a long time.with the process of migration and development,they still retain Growing rice,raising fish for food and livelihood.They grow small glutinous rice and duck in the rice field while planting glutinous rice,so that rice,fish and duck coexist three.The rice fish duck symbiosis system is a manifestation of traditional farming culture in China,and its ecological wisdom has great reference value to people.Zhan Li village is one of the pilot villages of the rice fish duck system from the river,this paper makes a field survey on the village and the surrounding settlements,and finds the cultural system constructed around the glutinous rice.The past people have opened up multiple terraces in the limited space for their own local survival and development,and have cultivated many varieties in these terraces.Glutinous rice and these glutinous rice varieties are the result of people's understanding and adaptation to a particular natural environment.In order to make better use of land,a set of effective livelihoods has been established.This system not only maintains the stability of the way of livelihood from time and space,but also strengthens the unity within the community.The people still keep such traditional eating habits.The use of glutinous rice in the entire settlement is no longer limited to the staple food,but can also be processed into snacks,snacks and a series of handicraft products.In some specific occasions of life,the exchange of glutinous rice has witnessed people's communication and communication in relatively closed settlements.The stories,myths and legends about the glutinous rice show the divinity of the glutinous rice,and the godlike glutinous rice runs through the personal life and the sacrificial activities of the settlement.On this basis,the author use the theory paradigm of ethnology,glutinous rice as the research object,to explore the relationship between it and the settlement.The purpose of this article is to arouse the public's respect for multiculturalism and to strengthen the protection and love of Chinese excellent traditional culture and local knowledge through the interpretation of the culture of the Dong's glutinous rice.
