The Influence Of The Original Ecological Legal Culture On The Formation Of Order

The construction of rule of law cannot depart from the developing of rules consciousness and fitness of rules.Our country is a country with many ethnic groups.So,not until should we pay attention to Han Dynasty population and urban population,but also pay attention to other ethnic groups and remote villages.Thus,we can get many enlightenment that is positive for the construction of rule of law.This paper consists of four parts:The main content of the first part is the definition of order,developing of order and original ecological legal culture,argument of Yang and Cheng of order.This part is the foundation of this paper.The second part mainly includes the cultivation of rules consciousness.And then the paper starts with the influence of the original ecological legal culture on the "maintenance" of order.From the cultivation of the rule consciousness of dong people in ZhuPing village and the traditional rules of behavior in ZhuPing village,this paper discusses the contract.The cultivation of the rule consciousness of dong people in the village comes from the worship of the "well god","the god of sa" and the ancient dong songs.The emergence of the ancient covenant and the establishment of the tablet are important reflections that the rule consciousness of the dong people has took shape.The third part is the members' adherence to the rules of behavior.This is the effect of the original ecological legal culture on order.I will proceed with the observation,self-examination and methods of disputing settlement of villagers,and I will discourse that the villagers obey rules of their own accord and how to resolve conflict.They are two different status that villagers obey rules.The fourth part is putting forward suggestions.Experience of ZhuPing village is in favor of construction of the rule of law.First of all,it is necessary for construction of the rule of law to develop rules consciousness.Diversity of solutions of disputing is good for long-term applying rules.But,we also should consider the regionalism and characteristic of original ecological legal culture.We cannot go forward prematurely but set aside appropriate space.
