A Study On The Living Adaptation Of Ecological Migration Of Dong Nationality

Carrying out the work of ecological poverty relief and resettlement is an important measure for speeding up Guizhou economic and social development.By 2020,Guizhou Province will complete the relocation of 2million poor people,the largest scale in China.However,the relocation of ecological migrants is not only a simple change of living place,but also accompanied by changes in all aspects of production and life.It is not only related to their own interests,but also to the effect of the entire immigration project.This article mainly from the migration after the living adaptation of the situation,looking for the problems in the process of the migration adaptation,analyzing the causes of the problems,and putting forward the corresponding strategies.Taking Xuejiaping Settlement as an example,48 Dong migrants questionnaires were obtained through household visits.Meanwhile,the interview was used to obtain information about the migrants employment,daily life,leisure life,social intercourse,festivals and other aspects.Through the analysis of the relevant data,it is found that after the relocation,all aspects of the immigrant's life have not changed to some extent,and they are facing a series of adaptation difficulties.The study found that after the relocation of the Dong immigrants,mainly to play the job,do a small business,some people have quit the productive labor;in daily life,food,clothing and transportation are in good condition,but it is difficult for the migrants to adapt to the inconvenience caused by the small housing area.In leisure life,due to the lack of recreational measures in the settlement,most of the migrants find life at the settlement more boring.In terms of social contacts,the social network prior to the relocation is still themainstay,but the scope of contacts has been expanded.From the perspective of age,gender,education level and other factors will affect the adaptation level of immigrants,in addition,the community environment and immigration policy will also produce a a certain degree of influence.After the above analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: The ecological migration of Dong nationality with different individual characteristics has a great difference in life adaptation,which is mainly reflected in the employment and leisure life;Among the living adaptations of Dong ecological migrants,daily life and social intercourse are better,employment,living and leisure adaptation are the worst;The incomplete immigration policy has a great negative effect on the living adaptation of Dong ecological migrants,mainly in the aspect of housing;The traditional culture,especially the festival culture,is greatly affected in the relocation of the Dong people,and to a certain extent,the adaptation of the Dong people to their lives.For this reason,this paper puts forward the combination of technical training and labor export;improving the housing policy of immigrants;improving the construction of community infrastructure;we should actively organize measures to celebrate the festival,so as to improve the living adjustment level of the Dong nationality immigrants.
