Research On The Legal Issues Of Cross-border E-commerce Supervision In My Country

In recent years,with the development of cross-border e-commerce,many problems have to be solved,including trade,economy,finance,customs,legal supervision and so on.This article from the legal perspective,to analyze and discuss the cross-border e-commerce transactions subject level,payment level,personal information and intellectual property protection level,the dispute settlement mechanism level and tax administration level five aspects,comprehensive supervision for China's current situation and problems of the five aspects put forward countermeasures further,aiming at how to create a favorable environment for the development of cross-border e-commerce in China and provide the reference.The text of this article is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the connotation and development of cross-border e-commerce.This chapter mainly introduces the concept,characteristics and current development status of cross-border e-commerce.The discussion of cross-border e-commerce as a new thing is worthy of analysis and research.The second chapter is the international comparison of the legal supervision system of cross-border e-commerce.The purpose of this paper is to make a comparative analysis of the progress made by the developed countries in the field of legal supervision in the development of cross-border e-commerce,so as to provide reference for China's cross-border e-commerce regulation.The third chapter is the combing of the current situation and problems of the legal supervision system of cross-border e-commerce in China.By introducing the current situation of the legal supervision system of cross-border e-commerce in China and pointing out the existing problems,it will paving the way for the content of the fourth chapters.The fourth chapter is the specific suggestions on how to improve the legal supervision of cross-border e-commerce in China.Through the analysis and research of the previous chapters,it will provide more constructive countermeasures for the future development of cross-border e-commerce in China from the perspective of legal supervision,so as to create an environment conducive to the better and faster development of cross-border e-commerce in China.
