Crisis stability is a theory experts propose to deal with the strategic relationship between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War.It mainly measures the relationship between two countries by measuring the strength of both sides. The relationship between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War has provided an excellent explanation of the stability of the crisis.Since the end of the Cold War,the world has changed from polarization to superpower, and the international situation of confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union has gone forever. The United States keep ahead of the world and there is no country in the world can contend with the United States alone. The United States has been in a non-threatening dominance in the world for a long time.In 1979,China implemented reforms and opened up,economy has development rapidly.Especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,China has risen rapidly and its overall national strength has risen rapidly quickly.China's international status has also grown, becoming the largest emerging countries.Faced with the rise of emerging powers, the United States began to worry about them.Western countries feared that the rise of China would change the world order that favors Western countries and threaten the long-held global dominance of the United States. As a result, the United States began to take various measures against China. The friction between China and the United States continues to increase, and the level of conflict continues to rise.Influenced by political, economic and military affairs, the relations between China and the United States have become more complicated and changeable in recent years. The security relationship between the two countries has fluctuated frequently. It can be predicted that the future security relationship between China and the United States will still complicated. For the prediction of the long-term development of the new great power competition between China and the United States, the final decisive factor is the prediction of the uncertainty of the transfer of national power between the two countries and the prediction of the motivation of both parties.Under this scenario, solving the instability between the two nuclear powers in China and the United States through crisis stabilization is most important.By comparing the current status of relationship between China ans the United States and comparing them with aspects of the US-Soviet relationship during the Cold War,we can see that the possibility of a crisis between China and the United States will be greater than people's expectation.Because of the powerful national strength of China and the United States and the various factors that trigger the crisis between China and theUnited States,we have every reason to worry: Once the crisis between China and the United States erupts,it will be accompanied by the pressure of the escalation of the crisis, and this pressure will quickly reach its peak.Squeeze time to avoid military conflicts through diplomatic mediation. Now Western scholars have applied the theory of crisis stabilization to the research of relationship between China and the United States, which has provided the impetus for the study of the crisis stability.China as an emerging power has changed the international power structure. As the old power center and the protector of the existing order, the United States will certainly take certain measures to prevent the challenges from emerging China.Under the globalization of the world, although China and the United States have more and more disputes between the two countries in the security field involving the fundamental interests of the country common interests in the fields of economy and trade, there are many mutual benefit to maintain crisis stability between them. The study of U.S.security policy in China from the perspective of crisis stability can deepen our comprehensive understanding of various types of relations between China and the United States. This article is based on a systematic exposition of the concepts and characteristics of crisis stability, their mutual transformation with crisis instability, the incentives for the stability of China and the United States, the U.S.security policy toward China, and crisis stability between U.S.and China. From the perspective of theoretical perspective,we use the perspective of crisis stability to analyze the dynamic development of this relationship, and conduct new expositions on research issues between China and the United States relations and propose innovative ideas, explanations, and evaluations.
