Research On The Relationship Between Urban Community Form And Sense Of Community From The Perspective Of Governance

The community construction in our country has experienced in three stages,from the "community service","community management " to " community governance".And the current practice of community governance highlights system and technology,ignoring people and thier emotional.in this paper,I am researching what sense of community from residents who lives in different City Community by starting from people's recognition,calling governors for being attention to community-oriented internal development.Based on the ideal classification of urban community,this paper investigates the difference of people's sense of community produced by the four types of communities,namely,the demolition resettlement community,the new commercial community,the old commercial community and the unit community.Sense of community refers to the general sense of people's perception and behavior of residence in the life,including five dimensions,community awareness and identity,community satisfaction and convenience,community participation,community support and community hierarchy consciousness.Based on the study of the relationship between urban community form and sense of community,I further analyze residents' participation in community activities and cognition of community images,so as to provide a comprehensive and effective basis for community governance.Through the study of variance test,correlation analysis,multiple data analysis,I find that:(1)community awareness and identity degree is strong,and small differences between the residents in resettlement area.Residents of the demolition resettlement community love were lower than those of the other three types of community residents.About community attachment,the unit community is stronger than the demolition resettlement community;(2)for the residents,the community satisfaction and convenience is strong,residents who is living in the demolition resettlement community was lower than other three types of community residents;(3)for the residents,the community participation is weak.The residents who live the demolition resettlement community and the old commercial community is more involved in community public affairs discussion,compared to them who live in the unit community;(4)the overall level of community support is weak.the residents living in the demolition resettlement community is lower than unit community about emotional support levels;(5)the overall level of community hierarchy consciousness is strong.the difference between residents is smaller,indicating more unified understanding of community residents' hierarchy consciousness.most of the residents think that the the difference hierarchy existing community.but difference hierarchy are existing extensive communication.
