Research On Improving The Legal System Of Administrative Organizations

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China has promoted many major reforms in the administrative system and achieved remarkable results.However,its slow development in the construction of the legal system of the administrative organizations has affected the development of public administration in our country,to some extent,restricted the process of our country's modernization.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has clearly put forward the important tasks of promoting the national governance system and the modernization of its governance capabilities and perfecting the Organic Law of State Organs,fully reflecting the great importance that the party and the state attach to the improvement of the legal system of administrative organizations.How to promote this work,the author will focus on the legalization of the promotion of institutional responsibilities as the focal point,starting from the basic concepts and historical evolution of the legal system of the administrative organization,analyze and summarize the existing problems and reasons,the developed countries experience,put forward sound suggestions on perfecting legal system of administrative organs,and promoting the institutionalization of legal responsibilities target system and the improvement of laws and regulations.
