The professional identity of postgraduates in ideological and political education refers to the acceptance and recognition of postgraduates in ideological and political education,as well as the cognitive evaluation,emotional attitudes,and behavioral responses that result from the learning of this major.By investigating the professional identity of postgraduates in ideological and political education,we can not only understand the leaarning state of postgraduates,but also promote the laearning of postgraduates,and promote the construction of the ideological and political education.The paper uses interview survey method and questionnaire survey method to carry out an empirical research on the status quo and influencing factors of professional identity of postgraduates in ideological and political education.Firstly,professional identity is divided into four dimensions: professional cognition,professional emotion,professional behavior and professional evaluation.Secondly,an interview syllabus was designed,and 20 postgraduates in ideological and political education from eight universities in Shanghai were interviewed.Thirdly,a self-made questionnaire on the professional identity and influencing factors of postgraduates in ideological and political education was established,and the questionnaire survey wasconducted on the professional identity of 148 postgraduates in ideological and political education.According to the results of the survey,the overall level of professional identity of postgraduates in ideological and political education is good.The influencing factors of professional identity can be divided into subjective factors and objective factors,such as professional interests,employment and regional environment.At the end of the paper,I put forward the promotion strategy of professional identity from the aspects of postgraduates and major construction.That is to cultivate professional interest in learning,improve professional quality and professional skills;improve the training program,strengthen the construction of teachers and professional guidance.So that to promote the learning of postgraduates in ideological and political education,and promote the construction of ideological and political education.
