On The Cause And Prevention Of Duty Crime In The Field Of Construction Engineering

With the continuous development of the national economy,construction projects continue to increase throughout the entire process of economic construction.On the one hand,they are closely related to the people's life.On the other hand,they are related to the lifeline of the national economy.However,on the other hand,the flow of capital in the field of construction projects is huge,and it has become a high-risk and frequent area of job-related crimes.This article will focus on the crime of duty in the field of construction engineering to explore its causes and preventive measures.In the first chapter of this article,the concepts of construction projects and job crimes are explained.The construction engineering field includes the construction of civil engineering,construction engineering,line pipe and equipment installation engineering,and decoration engineering,and related activities.The term “duty crime” refers to the use of public office by state public officers to abuse their power,neglect their duties,and engage in malpractice for personal gains.The administrative functions that undermine the state's management of official functions,whether committed intentionally or negligently,shall be subject to criminal acts punishable by penalties in accordance with the criminal law.In the second chapter of this paper,the characteristics of the crime of duty in the field of construction engineering are analyzed.In recent years,the construction engineering field has become a frequently-occurring area for duty crimes.To prevent this from happening,three aspects need to be prevented,controlled,and pre-warned.In the field of construction engineering,there are many forms of job crimes such as the power of money trading,the increasing amount of crimes,the multiplication of criminal subjects,the diversification of the means of committing crimes,the concealment,and the interdependence of bribers and bribes.The crime of duty in the field of construction engineering directly jeopardizes political stability,jeopardizes the process of administrative modernization,hinders the economic development of our country,and leads to the deterioration of the social atmosphere.The crime of duty in this area is particularly devastating.In the third chapter of this paper,the cause of crimes in the field of construction engineering was explored.From a chronological perspective,job-related crimes in the field of construction engineering take place in the planning approval stage,tendering stage,design and design change stage,construction preparation stage,and completion acceptance stage.The reason why job crimes occur frequently in this field is because the competition in the construction engineering industry has become increasingly fierce.There are laws that do not comply with laws,and laws are difficult to follow.The political awareness of some national staff is low.In the fourth chapter of this paper,aiming at the crime of duty in this field,the author of this paper thinks that to prevent this,we need to: 1.Reform the lowest price bid method;2.Perfect the external system from the legal system,the supervision system,and the establishment of an honest dishonest system.Supervision system;3.Perfect the internal supervision system from within the administrative organs,regulate the behavior of enterprises,and strengthen moral education.
