Since China’s reform and opening up,the continuous improvement of the economy,China has entered a period of rapid development of all walks of life completely. Bring the rapid development of economy is the city modernization also launched one after another,all kinds of capital to enter the city of high-speed railway, highway,construction of housing and other types of engineering construction field. Because the process of construction of such projects usually bring a large amount of capital inflows, resulting in the field of duty crime,bribery crime ridden。And because the characteristics of bribery crimes in the field of engineering construction of large amount,long period, radiation range is extremely wide and so lead to cases of bribery crime in the field of construction will give countries as and harsh and long-term effects, and will be on the country’s long-term plan to play a role in impeding rather bad. In this paper,characteristics of bribery by origin,construction areas of crime analysis in-depth social harmfulness and combination of Jiangxi province in recent years,the case of bribery crime of various types of this area,try to finding the root cause of engineering construction field of bribery crime, and finally puts forward in the field of bribery crime prevention system,so that the bribery crimes in the engineering construction field effectively control.There are four parts in this thesis.
