Comparative Analysis Of Democratic Centralism In The Party Constitution And The Constitution

The democratic centralism is our Party's organizational principle as stipulated in the Party Constitution,and also the organizational principle of the forms of government laid down in the Constitution.What is the relationship between the democratic centralism in the Party Constitution and that in the Constitution? We can't explain it in a word.The two appear in different texts,aiming at different subjects.Their differences are obvious,but they agree with each other in many ways.Analysis of the development of democratic centralism must be carried out in order to clearly compare and analyze the democratic centralism in Party Constitution and that in Constitution.Through this analysis,we can understand better the democratic centralism.And this will enable us to see their agreement is by no means accidental.Since the founding of the Party,the Communist Party of China has written the democratic centralism into the Party Constitution,and then applied it to practice after gaining political power.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the democratic centralism clearly for governing the party scientifically and democratically,administering the party according to law,and realizing modernization of the state management.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,significance,and research status of the topic.The second part combs the concept and historical development of the principle of democratic centralism,including laying the ideological foundation in Marx and Engels period,and the development of democratic centralism during the period of Lenin and Stalin.The third part is about the development course of democratic centralism in the Party Constitution and in the Constitution.The fourth part explains the relationship between the democratic centralism in the Party Constitution and that in the Constitution,and analyzes their connections and differences in detail.The fifth part discusses how to give full play to the democratic centralism in their common range and how to establish a better connection between them in order to make better use of their advantages.
