Research On The Governance Of Mobile Vendors Around The Campus Of Yangzhou Technician College

In China,with the rapid development of urbanization,mobile vendors have gradually become an important part of urban commerce.However,with the development of cities,the existence of mobile traders has also brought some problems.The existence of mobile traders and the law enforcement of urban management departments are in contradiction in some aspects.Urban management departments sometimes use violent means in the process of law enforcement in dealing with the management of mobile traders,so the social influences that this kind of violent law enforcement brings about are serious.The ultimate way to solve the contradiction between the management of mobile vendors and urban management is to increase the scope of employment choices of urban mobile vendors,strengthen the social service security of vulnerable groups,and establish and improve the long-term management mechanism of mobile vendors.This article focuses on the management of mobile vendors around Yangzhou Technician College.' This article mainly analyzes the basic situation,causes and characteristics of the mobile vendors around Yangzhou Technician College,and studies the problems and reasons by means of giving out questionnaires to the mobile vendors,as well as having conversations with the mobile vendors,students and residents around the college and relevant functional departments.By referring to the experience of advanced countries and regions at home and abroad,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The conclusions of this article are as follows:Through the study of the mobile vendors around the campus of Yangzhou Technician College,we find that the main problems are imperfect law enforcement system,non-standard governance procedures;simple and rough management,poor management effect;relatively single management subject,low management level and so on.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects.(1)Establishing and perfecting laws and regulations,strengthening propaganda and supervision.Speed up the formulation of relevant laws and regulations;strengthen supervision,appeal to the public to jointly manage and supervise;increase publicity,social media guidance of public opinions;establish governance organizations and governance institutions;(2)Raising the level of scientific management of urban management.Constantly improve the quality of urban management and law enforcement level;strengthen the level of management and management capabilities;(3)Combining dredging with plugging,promote the long-term management of mobile vendors.Set up areas and stipulate the business scope of mobile vendors;promote long-term governance of mobile vendors;strengthen training,mobile vendors employment diversification.
