Meanwhile, on the basis of successful experience of mobilevendors management from Europe, the United States, Asia and other countriesand regions, The paper put forward the countermeasures on mobile vendors inJiangqiao areas, which asks for changing management idea, improving urbanmanagers’ qualities, building up mobile vendors’ associations, consummatingthe ancillary facilities, adding guidance points, introducing outsourcing of publicservice, generalizing joint logistics and Advocating public participation, in orderto achieving good governance mode of participation of the government, vendors,and social public, which provides references for the government’s reasonablepolicy and improves social harmony.
