Research On The Stability Maintenance Of Township Government From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

For a long time,the issue of social stability has been a huge challenge for China which is in the process of modernization and transformation.The rural area,where social contradictions are relatively concentrated,is not only the main body for maintaining social stability,but also the direct target of public interest expression.As the most normal job of the township government,maintaining social stability is an "overriding task." If the grass-roots government can achieve social stability and satisfy public demands,the society would be more harmonious and stable.If not,the society would be turbulent and disordered.This paper analyzes the stability of the Z town in L city of Shandong Province,and deeply explores the problems and causes in the stability of township government,giving targeted and reasonable measures.Starting from summarizing the papers of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the significance of governance theory to the township government on the basis of clarifying the concepts of stability,petition and appeal.The main research methods are document research,interview and case study.By using the method of document research,a large number of stability-related data in recent years were collected and analyzed,and valuable contents were selected as research reference.By using the methods of interview and case study,we visited the staff of Maintaining Stability Agency in Z Town,and obtained pertinent data and cases.According to the relevant theoretical knowledge and work experience,the problems of maintaining stability in Z Town of L City,Shandong Province,including the main body of maintaining stability of township government,the mode of maintaining stability of township government,and the system construction of maintaining stability of township government,are deeply explored.Finally,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and work experience,the paper puts forward three measures,namely,enhancing the main ability of the township government to maintain stability,transforming the traditional model of the township government to maintain stability,and improving the mechanism of the township government to maintain stability,and describes them in detail.It is hoped that this paper can provide practical suggestions for the stabilization work of Z Town,enrich the theoretical content of the stabilization work of township governments in China,and further promote the research of stabilization work in China.The key to maintain the stability of township government is to act together of all tier governments.The current era is a period of rapid development of rural society when the people's interests and disputes are increasingly arise,thus the stability of rural area cannot be underestimated.We must rely on the role of rural grassroots organizations to ensure the rural society harmonious and stable and maintain long-term stability of China.
