Research On Stability Model Of X Zone In F City From The Perspective Of Public Governance Theory

Stability is a prerequisite for development and an important goal of governance.In the face of different manifestations and multiple causes of social instability,governments at all levels have adopted different modes of maintaining stability to maintain local stability in the light of regional realities.This paper takes the stability maintenance model of X district of F city as the research object,and carries out a positive and valuable study on the stability maintenance model.In the process of concrete exploration,the deficiencies of the current model of district X in city F were found,and Suggestions for optimization were put forward to better play the functions of the government,so as to promote the overall security and stability of the local society.By indexing and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign literatures,this paper applies the theory of public governance,the theory of service-oriented government and the theory of social conflict,and combines the regional reality and the relevant stability maintenance data of the past decade to analyze and conclude the following problems existing in the current regional stability maintenance model: the unscientific stability view of governance subject leads to the damage of public interests;The mass power of Non-Governmental organizations is not properly recognized;In the process of maintaining stability,the governance behavior of the governing body is anomic;The imbalance of rights and obligations leads to the insignificant effect of governance.The unsound social governance system leads to the failure of humanistic stability maintenance mode.The delay of stabilityinformation leads to the increasing difficulty of stability maintenance.In view of the above problems and specific reasons,the paper discusses the ways to improve the stability mode in X district of F city,including:establishing a correct view of stability and improving the quality of governance subjects;A precise grasp of public opinion and a clear understanding of the characteristics of governance objects;Standardizing governance behavior and constructing a new pattern of maintaining stability;Balancing and maintaining the interests of multiple parties and strengthening the cooperation of multiple subjects;Gradually improve the system,build stability prevention system;To improve the timeliness of information acquisition,promote intelligent stability maintenance mode,so as to promote local governments to change the concept of stability maintenance,adapt to the current complex and changeable social problems,effectively protect the vital interests of the people,and create a safe and stable social environment for economic and social development.
