With the aging of the rural population, the problem of care for the elderly in rural areas has raised the concern of the party and the state."provide for the aged"has become one of the most popular keywords in people's livelihoods in both sessions. The "big and small" problem is the most important problem of livelihood, the problem of care for the elderly.Improving the environment of older people and increasing the satisfaction of older people in rural areas has become a very worrying source of livelihood for the Party and the country.Affected by China's prior priority in the development of urban economic strategies, and taking into account the fact that farmers have land as a guarantee, and the lack of a formal government system for the protection of rural elderly,in fact, traditional families bear the burden of old-age security under the mechanism of raising children and preventing old age. With the deepening of social transition period, the centrally underdeveloped areas have become the main population outflow areas.Due to factors such as population movements and changes in family structure, the traditional family pension model is difficult to cope with the endowment needs of the region, while rural social endowment insurance The old-age care system has not yet prepared for the aging of the population. As the aging period enters the peak period, the rural pension in the region faces enormous challenges. This paper firstly studies the underdeveloped central China through the data of CLHLS 2014 rural population over 60 years old in the six provinces of Jiangxi,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan,Shanxi, and Henan in the central region of China, and the case of LiChuan County in Jiangxi Province. The current situation, changes and causes of the old-age pension model in the region, and the use of binary logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of the old-age model selection in the underdeveloped areas of central China. The study shows that the self-pension of the rural elderly in the underdeveloped areas in the central region has exceeded the family pension in terms of economic support, living mode, life care and spiritual comfort. This change is mainly due to the outflow of young and middle-aged people and social pension security. The lack of mechanism is forced to choose, with obvious transitional and fragile.Self-care level is the key factor for the elderly to rely on the family;younger, the higher the self-care level, the partner, the real estate under the name, the elderly who receive free medical services are more likely to choose self-support,the elderly's willingness to live is also direct The choice of the old-age model that affects the elderly, the spouse is extremely important for the elderly in rural areas is the main life care and spiritual comfort providers, children's mental strength to the elderly is only similar to neighbors and firiends.Based on this analysis, this paper then analyzes the needs of social elderly services for rural elderly in underdeveloped areas in central China.By comparing the differences between supply and demand and urban-rural differences,it is found that rural elderly in underdeveloped areas have stronger society than urban elderly in developed areas.Demand for aged care services, especially for home visits and the need to adjust neighborhood relationships. At the same time, using multiple regression models to analyze the influencing factors of various types of social pension services,it is concluded that the social pension needs of the elderly are generally related to ADL level,IADL level, social activity participation frequency and social subsidy level, and the marriage is divorced.Widowed and unmarried seniors need to help with daily shopping and legal aid services. The higher the household income, the more the elderly need to provide social entertainment and services to help with daily shopping.Older people with poor self-evaluation need to adjust the relationship between neighbors.
