With the integration of Internet technology and traditional taxi industry,ride-hailing software emerges at the right moment and keeps growing. As a derivative of Internet,ride-hailing has the dual attributes of Internet economy and quasi-public transportation. But in the ride-hailing service in our country appears abuse of dominant market position behavior such as predatory pricing, price discrimination, tying software, limited trading,,and even about the car operator violates reporting obligations barrage concentration, all this behavior not only limit the fair competition in the market,at the same time violates consumer interests,so it is necessary to antitrust regulation. However, due to the characteristics of bilateral market and network externality,it is difficult to define the relevant market, market concentration and market access, and the existing anti-monopoly laws and regulations are difficult to effectively regulate the monopoly phenomenon in the market. Therefore,on the basis of existing theories and systems,we should absorb foreign advanced methods and experience, enrich the definition methods and operating rules of relevant markets, and weaken the importance of defining relevant markets. We should broaden the ways to regulate the abuse of market dominant position, introduce unilateral effect system and synergistic effect system, and obtain direct evidence of restricting competition effect.Strengthen the management of centralized declaration of operators, increase the "transaction volume" standard, establish the big data management system, reduce the difficulty of potential competitors to enter, and effectively realize the anti-monopoly regulation of the online ride-hailing market.
