Research On The Governance Of Rural Grassroots Corruption In The Fight Against Poverty In My Country

As China's poverty alleviation work has entered the critical stage of poverty alleviation,the focus of poverty alleviation work has shifted to rural areas with deep poverty.At the same time,a large number of corruption problems have emerged in the rural grassroots in the fight against poverty.Poverty alleviation is not only an important economic issue to accelerate the development of poverty-stricken areas,but also a major political issue related to the long-term peace and stability of the country.In addition,corruption has brought serious adverse effects to the timely and quality completion of poverty alleviation,as well as severe challenges to China's anti-corruption work.We must clearly recognize the seriousness of corruption at the grassroots level in rural areas in the fight against poverty and propose effective measures to tackle it in a timely manner.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of rural grassroots corruption governance in the fight against poverty.Based on the study of corruption in poverty alleviation at home and abroad,this paper makes a systematic study of corruption at rural grassroots level in poverty alleviation.This article first from poverty to be completed,rural grassroots governance concepts such as corruption,corruption,the anti-corruption policy for policy basis with XiJinping,the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,system prevention and good governance theory as the theory,through a series of poverty to be completed in the rural grassroots corruption case to conduct a comprehensive analysis,the following research conclusions.At present,the main forms of rural grassroots corruption in the fight against poverty are as follows:embezzlement,swindle and misappropriation of poverty alleviation funds and materials;Taking advantage of the distribution and management of poverty alleviation projects to accept bribes;It is unfair for poor families to identify the best friends and relatives.Its main characteristics are: the amount involved is small,crime frequency is high,covering a wide range;The problem of bribery is prominent;Group corruption is serious.The reasons are as follows: low level of education and weak legalconsciousness.Poor moral cultivation and distorted values;The ideal faith shakes,the spirit power is insufficient these three.The supervision mechanism of rural poverty alleviation is not perfect.The implementation of information disclosure system in rural poverty alleviation areas is not in place;The rural poverty alleviation fund tracking management is not careful these three points.In the environmental factors,the rural grass-roots units have strong ideas of "clan concept" and "official standard".The phenomenon of "human society" in rural grassroots is widespread;The tension between the grassroots cadres and the masses in rural areas is obvious in these three aspects.To solve above problems and reason analysis,proposed in this paper from further strengthen the education of rural grassroots cadres,further perfecting the rural poverty crucial areas of the corruption prevention system,further improve the system of rural environment these three aspects to the governance of rural grassroots corruption in the anti-poverty battle,only in this way can make poverty alleviation works better work,safeguard the people's fundamental interests.
