Corruption in the area of poverty alleviation has a more profound impact than corruption in other areas.Poverty alleviation is the most direct way to bring national policies to the grassroots,the most direct way for people to directly perceive national policies and participate in national politics and an important measure to embody the party and governments will and determination to carry out economic construction,promote fair distribution and realize common prosperity.However,in the process of poverty alleviation work,some corrupt behaviors deviating from the behavior principles of public officials appeared in the poverty alleviation team causing serious social adverse effects.Corruption in the area of poverty alleviation not only undermines social fairness,but also impairs the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and even leads to mass incidents.This has seriously damagedpeople'ssense of attainment and happiness,affected social harmony and damaged the image of the governmentWith the establishment of the National Supervisory Committee and the launch of a series of national measures to crack down on corruption in the field of poverty alleviation,the anti-corruption climax of "flies" and "tigers" has been set off in the whole country.Through the analysis of 597 cases in the field of poverty alleviation,it is found that corruption in the field of poverty alleviation has its own characteristics,which is different from corruption of village cadres and administrative personnel.The composition of corrupt personnel is more diverse,and the personnel in the field of poverty alleviation are not only from the grass-roots village officials democratically elected by the people,but also from the dispatch;the subject of corruption in the field of poverty alleviation and corruption.Means are varied and occur in all areas of poverty alleviation;and they all have a negative impact on society in the morning.Through in-depth analysis of the manifestations and causes of corruption in the field of poverty alleviation and the characteristics of rural society,we can see that the root cause of poor governance of corruption in the field of poverty alleviation lies in that the top-down poverty alleviation model with the government as the leading core causes many poverty alleviation workers to leave their original Posts and move into villages and towns,resulting in many people who are free from the internal parts of the village-level supervision and department system.In addition,the staff's short-term awareness of poverty alleviation has resulted in the lack of integrity and systematicness of supervision in the field of poverty alleviation,the incomplete disclosure of information,the lack of active mobilization of public enthusiasm for participation,and the participation of anti-corruption workers,in addition to the government itself,are left with the people whose interests have been infringed,and the anti-corruption force is quite weak;and in many corruption cases.Because corruption is concealed or does not directly involve stakeholders,victims themselves do not know the victim,and there are still "big cases are difficult to handle,small cases are not easy to handle" at the grass-roots level.Therefore,this paper combines the existing measures to prevent and control corruption and the characteristics of the poverty alleviation field itself to carry out the construction of relevant anti-corruption mechanism from the following aspects: unblocked government information,perfect corruption supervision and prevention system,strengthen moral and ideological construction,perfect talent selection mechanism in the field of poverty alleviation,cultivate and connect repeated social and cultural aspects,and so on.The system of preventing and supervising corruption and the system of combating corruption in the field of poverty alleviation specially aimed at cultural interaction can better govern and prevent corruption in the field of poverty alleviation and further promote the progress of poverty alleviation projects.Anti-poverty campaigns in poor countries are accompanied by different objectives and characteristics of economic development.Therefore,anti-corruption in the field of poverty alleviation is also a long and arduous process.There is still a long way to go to fundamentally form an anti-corruption and anti-corruption system.
