Poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level is related to the people's sense of gain and happiness.The state and society have invested a lot of human and material resources in poverty alleviation.In the process of poverty alleviation,corruption problems such as embezzlement and fraud of poverty alleviation funds,good relatives and friends,collection of bribes,misappropriation of special poverty alleviation funds and so on are the "stumbling blocks" to achieve poverty alleviation results.Corruption seriously destroys social fairness and justice,causes a lot of waste of social resources,leads to low efficiency of poverty alleviation work,deterioration of the relationship between the grassroots people and the government,constantly erodes the body of the party,and damages the credibility of the party and the government among the masses However,at present,the problems of corruption governance in the field of poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level are prominent,such as the lack of relevant systems and mechanisms in the field of poverty alleviation,the inadequate implementation of relevant systems and regulations,the weakening of punishment,and the lack of self-monitoring.These phenomena have been paid more and more attention by the government and the masses,and it is urgent to carry out in-depth researchThis paper uses the method of combining theory and demonstration,taking corruption governance in the poverty alleviation of P County as an example,studies the corruption governance in the field of poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level,explores the characteristics of corruption in poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,the poverty alleviation work and corruption in P county are introduced,and the characteristics of corruption in poverty alleviation field are analyzed,such as the large proportion of village cadres in corrupt personnel,relatively small amount involved in the case,and wide coverage of corruption field.On this basis,the paper points out the problems of corruption governance in poverty alleviation in P County,and analyzes the causes,such as neglecting and improving the system and mechanism related to corruption governance in poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level,weak discipline enforcement force,lack of departmental responsibility,and insufficient social participation.Finally,five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the governance of corruption in poverty alleviation in P County:first,to establish and improve the relevant system and mechanism;second,to strengthen the governance methods;third,to promote the effective performance of the Department;fourth,to build a strong team of grassroots and front-line cadres.Fifth,we should release the effect of social supervision.As the problem of corruption governance in poverty alleviation area of P county is typical,these countermeasures and suggestions have universal reference for corruption governance in poverty alleviation area of grass-roots level in China.Poverty alleviation at the grass-roots level and anti-corruption have been the focus of our government's work for many years.Domestic scholars have also made a lot of discussions on these two aspects,but rarely combine them for special research.Taking P County as an example;this paper combines poverty alleviation at the grassroots level with corruption,and precisely studies corruption governance in the field of poverty alleviation,which has certain novelty and practical significance.In the vast grass-roots areas,P county is typical in the problem of poverty alleviation and corruption governance.The countermeasures and suggestions given in this paper can not only effectively help P county to solve the problem of corruption governance in the field of poverty alleviation,but also have general reference significance for other grass-roots areas with similar problems.The grass-roots poverty alleviation corruption is a typical example of "micro corruption".Therefore,the research of this paper is also helpful to the governance of "micro corruption" in other fields..
