Strengthen The Value-oriented Research Of Social Governance With Socialist Core Values

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the overall goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way is to perfect and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability,which is the inevitable requirement for socialism with Chinese characteristics to enter a new era.Socialist core values are the concentrated embodiment of the spirit of contemporary China and condense the common value pursuit of all the people.In social governance effectively into the concept and essence of the socialist core values to the main body of social governance,such as environment,content,means,process give play to the role of value guidance and support,to build more reasonable system of social governance,promote the modernization of social governance,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation provide good value orientation of the Chinese dream.However,there are still some outstanding problems in the integration of socialist core values into the process of social governance,and the research on related issues is still very important in the new era.In this paper,using literature analysis,interdisciplinary study and logical analysis,clear in social governance and relevant concepts of socialist core values,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing in the construction of the value orientation of the governance body spread the sense of responsibility and ability is weak,the whole society to foster the value orientation of insufficient participation,value orientation into the insufficient of the construction of the rule of law,social hot spots difficult problem of positive orientation is not prominent,activities to promote cultural and ethical progress a series of problems such as lack of actual effect,investigate its reason,Mainly include the plural interests complex,leading to pluralistic society ideological trend is still not enough,the rule of law society is imperfect,the core values of environmental construction demonstration lead does not reach the designated position,etc.,based on the above problems and reasons,this paper explore the reasonable path of strengthening social governance value guidance,further from strengthening management subject,management environment,management content and management means,the governance process five aspects,from the practical level and system level,provides the value orientation of social governance in China to strengthen the reality basis and construction way of thinking.
