Responsibility education is an important part of the Young Pioneers education,but there are still many difficulties and problems in the Young Pioneers Responsibility Education.The main performance is that the process of responsibility education,emphasize the training of young pioneers' behavior,dilute the cultivation of emotional relationships;emphasize the leadership position of the counselors,dilute the substantive participation of the young pioneers;emphasize the quantitative evaluation method,and dilute friendship between pioneers.Multiple dilemmas lead to inequality,conflict and even opposition between the counselor and the young pioneers.The main performances are as follows: the counselor pays too much attention to the player's behavioral responsibility and dispels the pioneers' free spirit;the restrictive law of responsibility education creates the dependency relationship between the counselor and the young pioneers;In the cheating performance activities,the counselor-leaders are in an unequal position,resulting in a deformed cooperative relationship.Responsibility arises from the symbiotic relationship.The symbiotic relationship promotes the humanistic view of symbiosis and advocates the construction of tolerance,equality,freedom,and reciprocity between people.Cooperation as a kind of interpersonal relationship and action mode is the realization path of symbiotic relationship.The way of cooperation embodies the concept of equality,concreteness and completeness of humanity.The components of cooperation: joint action or joint action,common interests and shared results.The interaction,understanding and dialogue between the “I-You” are positive respond of the symbiotic relationship.The young pioneers of the new era shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating a new generation of successors,and the spirit and ability of cooperation and responsibility are the core goals and capabilities of the growth and development of children.The different characters,experiences and backgrounds of young pioneers constitute a large heterogeneity,which is the material prerequisite for the cooperative relationship and mode of action.At the same time,the Young Pioneers activities as an important way of responsibility education,it has a unique peer situation and communication atmosphere,the exchanges and interactions between the pioneers are more frequently,providing a good spiritual environment and practice carrier for the establishment of the cooperative relationship.Based on the analysis,cooperation should be an important path for the implementation of the Young Pioneers responsibility education.From the perspective of cooperation,the Young Pioneers counselors should give full play to the organizational advantages of the Young Pioneers,tap the self-sufficiency of the players' responsibility behaviors,and realize the collaborative cultivation of “Sociality” and “Individuality”.At the same time,in the practice of education,the cooperation of "activity" and the activities of "people" are combined.In the process of event design and organization implementation,we should construct cooperative responsibility education goals,prioritize interaction activities,construct task-based cooperation groups,and evaluate the educational effects by means of group evaluation.
