The Current Situation Of The Young Pioneers' Cooperation Consciousness In The Primary School Squadron

The Young Pioneers squadron is the basic unit of the Young Pioneers organization.The educational function of the Young Pioneers organization needs to be effectively played through the squadron.The Young Pioneers Squadron is a key group for the young pioneers to learn and grow,and all aspects of them will have a profound impact on the young pioneers.The Young Pioneers Squadron is collectively based on the class,but it is different from the class.In this group,the young pioneers are more autonomous and have more room for development.Therefore,this study is mainly based on Macalenko's collectivist educational theory and analyze the necessity and possibility of cultivating the awareness of cooperation among young pioneers in the squadron team.The observation method,the questionnaire method and the interview method are used to investigate the current situation of the cooperation awareness of the team members in the current Young Pioneers Squadron,and analyze the reasons.Finally,it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for how to use the squadron to effectively cultivate the cooperation awareness of the young pioneers.The first part is an introduction.Mainly from the research background and significance,on the basis of searching and collating a large number of literatures,the research summary and theoretical basis of this research are compiled.The research methods,main contents and technical routes are determined.The second part explores the necessity and possibility of cultivating young pioneers' sense of cooperation in the Young Pioneer Squadron.Necessity,it includes that training of cooperation awareness requires the role of the Young Pioneer Squadron in the collective education,the cultivation of cooperation awareness depends on the communication of the young pioneers,the cultivation of cooperation consciousness relies on the correct guidance ofthe squadron counselors and the cultivation of cooperative consciousness depends on the correct guidance of the squadron counselors.Possibilities,it includes that the construction of the squadron's collective ability can play the young pioneers' cooperative consciousness and the squadron's collective construction needs to play the young pioneers' cooperative consciousness.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of cooperation among the team members of the Young Pioneer Squadron.Firstly,the observation method was used to personally visit and observe the development of the squadron at the primary school in Hohhot.Three representative schools are selected.Then using the method of questionnaire survey,the present situation of young pioneers' cooperative consciousness is investigated from four dimensions: cooperative cognition,cooperative emotion,cooperative will and cooperative behavior.Finally,the interview method is used to further investigate the current situation and analyze the influencing factors.The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of the cooperative awareness of the team members of the young pioneers.Discussions were made from the players' own factors,squadron construction related factors and counselor factors.The fifth part is the countermeasures for cultivation of the young pioneers' cooperative awareness.Through combing the current situation and analyzing the causes,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Including the development of family and squadron co-education to promote young pioneers of cooperation;Establishing healthy squadron and cultivating team young pioneers of cooperation;Clearing role positioning and enhancing team members' awareness of cooperation.The sixth part is the conclusion.Including the research deficiency and research prospects.
