Research On The Problem Of "separation Of Residence And Station" In The Community Management Model Of Xigang District, Dalian

Since the reform and opening up,the role of the community in society is becoming more and more important.In the process of continuous urbanization in China,community governance has accumulated a lot of experience and achieved remarkable results.The urban grassroots social management system has gradually changed from unitization to socialization.In this process,the lack of administrative integration and the lack of community autonomy have become the practical difficulties in the construction of urban basic society.At present,Chinese society is in a period of rapid transformation.The form and content of social life have undergone tremendous changes.Many new social phenomena and problems have emerged.The structure and function of society,people's lifestyles and needs are becoming more and more popular.In diversification,community management is also looking for a diversified management model.In view of the weakening of community autonomy and the decline of the quality of service masses,this paper proposes a study on the community management model of "separation of stations".Through interviews,questionnaires,etc.,to understand the views of residents in Xigang District on the status quo of the community,whether they are satisfied,and what opinions and suggestions.Residents present two different states.Some residents who regularly participate in community activities are more familiar with community work and are more satisfied.Many residents who do not participate in community activities are not very familiar with the community.They think that the community is a first-level government,mainly engaged in administrative affairs,and has not visited the residents and organized activities.Therefore,the reform of the community management model is imperative.Through visits,field surveys of community practices in other provinces to implement "separation of stations",Mainly to strengthen the function of community autonomy,Through visits,field surveys of community practices in other provinces to implement "separation of stations",After emulating and improving,the police community in Baiyun Street in Xigang District has been built into a pilot community of "separation of stations".This paper explains the implementation principles,implementation measures,personnel setting and guiding framework of the "separation of the station" in the police community.According to the status of the pilot operation,the residents understand the necessity of "separation of the station".Through this pilot situation,the future reform direction of the community management model is presented,and the countermeasures and measures for reform are put forward.It is suggested that the community can innovate the community management model,deepen the service platform,mobilize the participation of social forces,increase the strength of community organizations,establish a multi-participatory community,and improve the overall quality and service level of community workers.
