In the process of political development in China,the construction and improvement of the citizen participation system has been given a high degree of attention.In the current stage,citizen participation in community management is still at a low level.There are still many problems,including lack of awareness and low participation rate,greatly affecting the promotion of citizens in the process of community management.Therefore,enhancing participation awareness is not only a problem that needs to be solved,but also a struggling goal.Meanwhile,how to effectively incorporate citizen participation into the community public management system is a worthy subject.The article tried to find the factors that influence willingness of citizen participation in community management,mainly based on the theory of citizen participation to propose research hypothesis.The study selected ten communities in Nanchang for field investigation.Empirical results showed that individual characteristics,community infrastructure environment,community education environment,community human environment and community participation system affected citizens' willingness to participate in community management,At last,combining with the above results,the study put forward countermeasures on how to enhance citizens 'willingness of participation in the community management: establish and perfect basic facilities of community;Perfect community education system and enhance citizens' awareness of participation;Strengthen capacity building of community organizations;Improve the mechanism of information disclosure to protect citizens' right to information;Improve the mechanism of interest expression to promote community democratic decision-making.
