On The Public Participation In Local Laws And Regulations

Local laws and regulations embody local characteristics,and public participation plays a very important role in the process of legislation of local laws and regulations.The revised Legislative Law in 2015 expands the main body of local legislation to districts,and enlarges the legislative body of local laws and regulations.Public participation in local laws and regulations is the embodiment of democratic legislation and scientific legislation.However,the current system of public participation in local laws and regulations is not perfect enough.There are some problems such as imperfect legal system of public participation,limited scope and ways of public participation,and lack of feedback mechanism of public participation.This article through the public participation system of local laws and regulations legislation.Through the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the legal system of public participation,including improving the hearing system,relaxing the scope of public participation legislation through network technology,increasing the government information consultation mechanism,expanding the public scope of participation and expression,and improving the feedback mechanism of opinions,etc.to solve the problem of insufficient public participation in local legislation.
