On The Administrative Regulations Of My Country's Entertainment And Cultural Industry

In 1999,China issued the Outline of Cultural Legislation.Since then,China's cultural undertakings have been in full swing.Among them,entertainment culture industry plays an important role in China's overall cultural industry because of its wide range of influence and close to people's lives.Taking the Huangmei Opera case in Wangzhuang Township as an example,this paper analyses the current situation of entertainment culture industry management in China from the aspects of legislation,management subject,management object and management content,and puts forward the problems and disadvantages in the corresponding aspects.Then,we use the contrastive analysis method to elaborate the management of entertainment culture industry in Britain,the United States and France.Through the analysis of the American market oriented,the British market government led and the French government led management mode,we can learn the essence of all countries in the management of entertainment culture industry.Finally,on the basis of the existing problems in the management of entertainment culture industry in China,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of European and American countries,this paper summarizes the strategies to change the current situation of cultural management in China.The most important thing is to perfect the legislation of entertainment culture industry in our country.The second is to enrich the management means of entertainment culture industry in our country and expand the public participation of citizens in the process of national management of entertainment culture industry.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding clear standards for the management content of entertainment culture industry.
