Research On The Governance Mechanism Of Rural Communities

The rural community construction in China is in a stage of rapid development over recent years.Building rural communities is a major institutional innovation adopted by CPC and the government to accelerate the rapid development of rural society and economy.The rural community governance is an important part of state governance,which has a great significance for achieving the modernization of national governance system and governance capability.With the rural vitalization as the background,improving the governance level of rural community is of great practical significance for promoting the better development of rural area.With the construction and development of the community,there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in China's community governance,for example,the unsound community organization,the lack of governance resources,non-standard democratic participation and the inadequate service facilities.Therefore,it is urgent to explore a new approach to community governance and establish a complete operating system of community governance.Based on the basic conditions and practical experience of rural community governance in H town,the thesis introduces the basic concepts and stage characteristics of rural community,summarizes the progress and achievement of research on rural community governance mechanism by analyzing the related problems on the construction of rural community governance mechanism.The thesis aims at finding the deficiency and the new measure to improve the rural community governance mechanism,effectively solving the problem of community governance.
