At the Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses of the CPC,it was clearly pointed out that deliberative democracy under the leadership of the Communist Party is an important component of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics,which is also the advantage of our political system.The establishment of deliberative democracy provides a convenient way for other political parties to participate in the suggestions and suggestions of state governance.The "Biweekly Consultative Seminar" is one of the important manifestations of the deliberative democracy system,which has a practical effect on the development of China's new political party system.Therefore,this paper is divided into three chapters to study the role of the "two-week consultation symposium" in China's new political party system.The first chapter mainly introduces the overview of the "two-week consultation symposium" and the overview of China's new political party system.Chapter II focuses on the role of the "two-week consultation symposium" in China's new political party system in what aspects,and illustrates the shortcomings in the process of practice,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Chapter three,aiming at the urgent problems pointed out in Chapter Two,elaborates how to improve the "two-week consultation forum" system so that it can move from the central to the local,form a nationwide institutionalized arrangement,and comprehensively promote the development of China's new political party system.
