International Law Research On The Development And Utilization Of Outer Space Resources

At present,with the rapid development of economy,a large number of resources are consumed,and the total amount of earth resources is decreasing day by day.Therefore,the exploitation of outer space reso urces has become an inevitable choice for all countries in the world.At present,the exploitation of outer space resources is mainly divided into the exploitation of physical natural resources,such as mineral resources.The development of naked natural resources,such as space tourism.Owing to the development and utilization of outer space resources in the initial recently,its relevant legal system still is given priority to with internation treaties,including the outer space treaty,and the moon agreement the liability convention,the basis of these treaties play an irreplaceable role,however,the treaty with principled strong,but further reading,in the characteristics of the weak,can not adapt to the current situation of social development.In this context,this paper is divided into four parts for research and discussion.The first part is an overview of the development and utilization of outer space resources.It points out the necessity of the exploitation and utilization of outer space resources and the international treaties on the exploitation and utilization of outer space resources.The second part puts forward the propositions of various countes on the development and utilization of outer space resources.This paper mainly introduces domestic legislation on the development and utilization of outer space resources in the Utited States and Luxembourg.The third part points out the legal problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of outer space resources.It mainly includes relevant legal concepts on the basis of the development and utilization of outer space resources,legal issues on the commercial use of outer space and legal issues on the peaceful use of outer space.The fourth part puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions to the above probems.To sum up,the development and utilization of outer space resources is an inevitable path for human development.Only by strengthening cooperation among countries,complying with international treaties and peaceful and orderly development and utilization of outer space resources can mankind benefit.
